OUR PHILOSOPHY
Bosworth Court aims to provide its residents with a secure, relaxed, and homely environment in which their care, well-being and comfort is of prime importance.
THE BOSWORTH ETHOS
Our Carers will strive to preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of all residents within a warm and caring atmosphere, and in doing so will be sensitive to the residents ever changing needs.
Such needs may be medical/therapeutic (for physical and mental welfare), cultural, psychological, spiritual, emotional and social and residents are encouraged to participate in the development of their individualised person centred Plan of Care, as are family and friends where appropriate.
This will be achieved through programmes of activities designed to encourage mental alertness, self-esteem, and social interaction with other residents and with recognition of the core values of care which are fundamental to the philosophy of our home.

DIGNITY AT BOSWORTH COURT
We currently hold Leicestershire County Council’s Quality Assessment Framework for Older People SILVER AWARD with 80% of the staff recognised as Dignity Champions.
We pride ourselves on ensuring that dignity and respect are paramount to the individuals needs and requirements at all times, also to include colleagues, relatives and visitors to the home.
Bosworth Court’s main goal is to provide an environment where our Residents can have peace of mind, be relaxed and secure in the

knowledge that their individuality, dignity and privacy are respected, to encourage residents to maintain their independence by allowing them to undertake normal activities for which they are individually capable.
To deliver care sensitively and flexibly which; reflects the residents’ individual needs and choices, irrespective of the residents' physical or mental infirmity, to consult as fully as possible, with residents and relatives in order to ensure that the stated aims and objectives are maintained.
